Hi, that's me! 

So my trade since leaving school is Engineering but a few years ago I ended up in charge of Continuous Improvement for a large PLC. 

The company had lots of systems in place but being so large it was disjointed and none of the staff actually followed the procedures. 

I always wondered how a business could flourish by implementing these procedures and sticking to them. This lit a fire inside me to go it alone so I started my carpet cleaning business and began to follow the principles I had been taught.

Within months my diary was full and I was quickly achieving repeat custom and recommendations and this led to a good reputation. The carpet cleaning business is still trading and achieves excellent revenue.

Whilst building this business I really started to enjoy the marketing aspect. I kept an eye on what the industry was doing and always tried something a little different. When this works it's so rewarding! I enjoyed the marketing so much and implementing my simple approach  that I decided to offer my web based marketing services, I see service industry businesses every day with poor web presence and if I see it then so do prospective clients.

This is where I saw the opportunity.
